Started Pruning Palm Tree.
Pruning is the most common tree maintenance. Careful pruning removers dead ,diseased branches before they become a safety hazard.
In 1975 Launched a Maintenance Company.

His maintainance company and Tree Care Co , was purchased in1980 by a large nationwide maintaince company
In 1980 Launched a 25 acre Ground Cover Nursery .
The nursery's customer base was mostly maintenance companies and landscapers in the surrounding Inland Empire in Southern California.
Nursery was sold in1985
In 1985 Launched Precision Contols

Valves And Sprinkler Head rebuild

In 1996 Launched Daigle And Assoc
Valcon Valves is one of the most used valve along the freeways in California today. Valcon valves can also be found at Sea World in California and Texas, Disneyland in California and Florida and, Miller Brewery California .
Valcon Valves Company was purchased in 2009 by Champion ArrowHead Co

Irrigator Tech also continues with Advanced classes, Business classes, Certified Irrigation Repair Technician, Certified Irrigation Installer, Smart Water Certified, Backflow Certified AWWA and ABPA.

Richard is involoved in many educational organizations one of which is the CLCA of California where he heads up the educational department.
